I believe that well-being begins with connection— connection to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. As a psychotherapist, my work is rooted in the understanding that our beliefs, motivations, and experiences develop within the unique contexts of our lives—and that through connection and collaboration, change is always possible. I also understand that emotional health and physical health are deeply connected. After decades of exploring movement—from running and yoga to functional exercise and now as a Certified Essentrics® Fitness Instructor —I’ve learned that healing the body can help heal the mind. Whether you’re seeking emotional healing, physical renewal, or both, you’ll find compassionate support here - all under one roof.
